The game Smash Up generally has good ability descriptions on each card, but the "Infiltrate" card in the Ninja faction is very confusing. So let's spend way too much time analyzing this card, why not?
There's a new code generation algorithm for the Alchemists board game. The official companion app was updated on April 10, 2015 to address the possible flaws in the original algorithm.
In the last post, we analyzed the algorithm used by the Alchemists board game to generate permutations from a four-letter code. We found some issues with the algorithm but didn't present any solutions.
A board game called Alchemists came out in the US in early 2015. One of the most interesting things about this game is that it depends on a companion application to store some secret information as four letter codes. The game doesn't give us an algorithm for interpreting these codes, so that leaves it up to us to reverse engineer one.
